Silvie BURNEY born about 1856 Putnam or Jasper County, Ga was the daughter of  Eben and Jeanette BURNEY. She married to Thomas COBB. They had children: Ned, Thomas Jr., Mattie and Levi. Their daughter Mattie COBB born about 1888, married Jefferson GANT(T)... his 2nd wife.  Jefferson and Mattie's daughter Annie Carrie married a WRIGHT.  Mr. Wright died and Annie Carrie re-married to a FORD.

Don't know what happened to the census pages recording Thomas and Silvie in 1900 and 1910 I can say most of the pages had terrible hand writing and some were just to dark to read for the most part.  The re-appear in 1920.

Mattie COBB was married to Jefferson GANTT after the 1900 census and before 1910.  Jefferson shows widowed in 1900 census with 4 children: sons Sidney and Andy and daughters Sarah and Daisy...here are Jefferson and Mattie in 1910 census:

Just to note that in 1930 there was a Jeff GANT in the GA State Sanitarium/Insane in Baldwin County.  He was age 58.
