PRISONER-John Jones, colored, who is serving a sentence in the Dayton Jail for carrying concealed weapons, gave an exhibition of nerve Tuesday night. He complained to Jailer Osterhege of a severe toothache, but the Jailer saw it was too late to call a dentist. Jones was left alone a few minutes and taking a large table force, he plunged it into the abscess and pried the took out. When found he was nearly dead from the profuse hemorrhage.
