Ordered that John Weaver be appointed Guardian to William Cook, Harriet A Cook, Benjamin F Cook, infants under 14 years of age and children of Adam Cook, who with Jacob Weaver, his Surety executed bond conditioned according to law.

THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY

WHEREAS, John Weaver, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William M, Harriet A and Ben F Cook, minors.

NOW, we John Weaver as principal, and Jacob Weaver, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John Weaver, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
