THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Thos D Snyder, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Albert B Minear, a minor.
NOW, we Thos D Snyder as principal, and E P Ball, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Thos D Snyder, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
