SERVICE BONUS-The Albert Leroy Gahr Post of the American Legion of Dayton, Friday evening passed the following resolution. "Be it resolved that Albert Leroy Gahr Post No 53 No 53, Dayton Ky. declare itself in favor of a justified compensation for all ex-service men and women by the national organization. Be it further resolved that this compensation be in form of $50 Liberty or government bonds, to be issued to all service men and women for each and every month in the service of the army, navy or marine corps during the present emergency from April 6, 1917 to November 11, 1918."
Any service man who lacks information on the renewal of his war risk insurance can receive the information from Charles Royce, 218 Seventh av. Dayton, who is well informed on the subject, or from any of the other officers of the legion.

CELEBRATION-Charles A Royce, vice commander Albert Leroy Gahr Post, American Legion, is chairman for the community Fourth of July Celebration being arranged for Dayton. Prominent speakers have been engaged, merchants have promised valuable prizes for contests and music will be furnished by the Community Orchestra and Wadsworth Band.
