THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, John H Nelson Jr. has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Alexander Bell, a minor.
NOW, we John H Nelson Jr. as principal, and John H Nelson Sr. his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said John H Nelson Jr. will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
