PIONEER-Alfred Mains, 76, a pioneer resident of Campbell County, died early this morning at his residence, 18 East Fourth st. Newport. He leaves two daughters and a son. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 10:30 am at Wesley Chapel, Pendleton County, Rev F H Bohn of Newport, officiating.
