THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Apolonia Seifert, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Amelia Seifert, a minor.
NOW, we Apolonia Seifert as principal, and Charles Amann, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Apolonia Seifert, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
