Amos Evans

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, John D Evans and O M DeCourcy, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the penal sum of fifty dollars, current money, to the payment of which, well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents, as witness our hands and seals, this 22 day of Nov 1841.

The condition of the above Obligation is such, That if the above bound, John D Evans, his heirs, executors, and administrators, shall well and truly pay and deliver to Amos Evans, of whom he is appointed Guardian, all such estate as now is, or shall hereafter appear to be due from him to the said orphan when they shall attain to lawful age to demand the same, or when thereunto required by the Justices of the Campbell County Court for the time being, and also faithfully execute his office herein, in such a manner as to save harmless and indemnify the said Justices, their heirs, executors, and administrators, from all trouble and damage that about said estate may accrue, then the above obligation to be void-else to remain in full force and virtue.

Witness: John D Evans (X his mark), O M DeCourcy
