The wreck of the Alice L Barr, tugboat, that was sunk at the foot
of Walnut st. Bellevue, some years ago, is giving wreckers and contractors
trouble. The owners wish o raise the hull in order to get another model from it.
It is so deeply imbedded in the sand bar that the work has taken nearly a week and has not been accomplished as yet.
