THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Priscilla Bartlow, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mary, John and Isaac S Bartlow, minors.
NOW, we Priscilla Bartlow as principal, and James M Jolly and Jno B Otten, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Priscilla Bartlow, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
