KILLED-A Dayton Ky. Army sergeant Ben Gossman, son of Mr. and Mrs. John R Gossman, 773 Third avenue, Dayton, is reported killed in action in Korea by the Department of Defense. Sgt. Gossman, a veteran of World War II, was reported killed Nov 24. In the Army eight years he saw action in Japan.
During World War5 II, Mr. and Mrs. Gossman had four sons in the service. Two are still in the Navy, Harry, with 25 years and John R, with 18 years. The fourth son, George, Louisville, served in the Army during the war. Besides his parents and brothers, Sgt. Gossman leaves his sister, Miss Eva Gossman at home.
