FT THOMAS-Officer Charles Flynn arrested Benjamin Mullen on the Midway at a late hour Monday night for a breach of the peace and insulting an officer. He is alleged to a deserter from the receiving ship Wabash at Boston Mass. He is held in Newport Jail, awaiting orders from the naval authorities at Newport News.
