THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, J M Biggs, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to M, L M and Josephine Biggs, minors.
NOW, we J M Biggs as principal, and Geo M Carmack, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said J M Biggs, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
