THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Eliza Webb, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Caroline Webb, a minor.
NOW, we Eliza Webb as principal, and James Evan, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Eliza Webb, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
