THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, James Jolly, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Charles W Baynum, a minor.
NOW, we James Jolly as principal, and Jno B Otten, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said James Jolly, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
