THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, George R Fearons, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Charles McCormick, a minor.
NOW, we George R Fearons as principal, and Jno H Nelson, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said George R Fearons, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
