Charged with False Swearing-Deputy Sheriff George Hindman
yesterday afternoon arrested Charles Reichers, residing on Licking pike near
Finchtown, on a warrant sworn to in Squire Jameson's Court in Covington by
Attorney Whittaker.
The warrant charges Reichers with false swearing. It is alleged that in the trial of a case in the Kenton Circuit Court in which he was plaintiff and A Peterman was defendant, on January 11, he offered perjured testimony. Deputy Hindman turned him over to the Covington authorities.
