The Dayton Bathing Beach was sold at public auction Thursday by Sheriff Riedel. It was purchased by John C Draddy for $4233.75. M R Harris was the only other bidder, he having bid the amount of his claim which was $4000.
The sale includes all of the buildings, lease and good will. Draddy stated that all claims would be paid.
