Ordered that Thomas Logan be appointed Surveyor of the Road commencing at the Methodist Church on the Washington Trace Road, thence down said Road to where it intersects Gray's Road at Carroll Forman's and that all the hand that were formerly allotted to Charles Dicken, former Surveyor, including Alfred Dial, John Dial, Joseph Hume, Jacob Philips, Chas Clinkenbeard &
