The funeral of Miss Lizzie Lyons took place from the Immaculate
Conception Church Friday morning. Rev Father McNerney officiated with requiem
high mass. A sister of the deceased is in a precarious condition at her home on
Keturah street. She fell down a flight of stairs last week and was seriously
injured. On Monday a child was born to her.
