THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Fielding Dickey, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Elizabeth Moore, a minor.
NOW, we Fielding Dickey as principal, and Samuel Lynn, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Fielding Dickey, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
