THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, James A Mollyneaux, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Eliza Stull, a minor.
NOW, we James A Mollyneaux as principal, and James M Young his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said James A Mollyneaux, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
