THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, William Stilwell, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Ellison Stilwell, a minor.
NOW, we William Stilwell as principal, and J H S Decourcy, Fielding Dicken and James Digby, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Stilwell, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
