THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, William D Todd, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Emanuel Morin, a minor.
NOW, we William D Todd as principal, and Thos M Stevens, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William D Todd, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
