Woods on Fire in Campbell county Ky. Town in Danger
Cincinnati-Oct 21-It is reported here this morning that immense districts of woodland in Campbell Co Ky. are on fire. The flames are spreading with fearful rapidity. There is much excitement in Alexandria, which is said to be threatened. Alexandria is thirteen miles from Newport.
LATER-THE REPORTS EXAGGERATED
Cincinnati-Oct 32-Reports of burning forests in Campbell county, Ky. have been much exaggerated. A number of fires have broken out but they have been extinguished without severe loss.
