EARLY MORNING FIRE
Stable Owned by Len Trapp Created Excitement for a time in Newport

The alarm of box 16 at 7:20 Thursday morning gave the Newport Department a lively time for a while.  The stable of Len Trapp, at 513 West Twelfth Street, burned out on the inside.  Some hay ignited from spontaneous combustion setting fire to the stable.

The firemen did good work in keeping the flames inside the old building.  The loss will reach $200.
