DEATH-Twenty-four year old Pvt. Francis Abrams, a soldier stationed at Ft Thomas, died Sunday night at a Hamilton O. hospital after suffering head injuries in a motorcycle accident on Route 27 near McConigle, O. Coroner Garrett J Boone said Pvt. Abrams' death was caused by a skull fracture. Abrams was thrown from a borrowed cycle when a stand kick bar dropped and the vehicle went out of control, according to sheriff's deputies at Hamilton. Pvt. Adams was thrown on his head.
The victim, whose home was in Hamilton, had lived with his mother, Mrs. Gladys Delker, before being inducted into the army four months ago.
