THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Nancy Simpson, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Francis M Simpson, a minor.
NOW, we Nancy Simpson as principal, and Chas Stricker and Wm Stricker, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Nancy Simpson, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
