2d Lt. Frank Joseph Pulsfort Jr. of 414 Center street, Bellevue, has been promoted to the temporary rank of first lieutenant, according to today's War Department announcement.

Frank J Pulsford (sic) flight instructor at Coffeeville, Kans. who flew here from Coffeeville. Lt. Pulsfort is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J Pulsfort of 141 Center Street, Bellevue Ky.
Accompanied by his parents Lt. Pulsfort motored to Georgetown Ky. for the wedding. The couple will reside at Coffeeville.
