A Negro suspect captured Friday was held for grand jury after he pleaded guilty to smashing windows of three businesses. The suspect, Izell Wright, 19, of 610 Saratoga street, Newport, implicated an accomplice. The prisoner confessed to breaking a window in the Stratman Pharmacy, Eighth and Overton streets.

Frank A Stratman died 14 Feb 1974 in Newport and was buried in the St Joseph New Cemetery in Cincinnati.
