NEWPORT-Frank Wagner, 14, residing at 24 East Thirteenth st. Newport, while attempting to board a C&O freight train at the head of Monmouth st. yesterday afternoon fell, the wheels cutting off the toes of his right foot. He is a nephew of Mrs. Catherine Wagner, who was declared of unsound mind Friday in the Campbell co. Circuit Court. Her ailment was brought on by long vigils at the bedside of her father, whose death occurred Saturday at St Elizabeth Hospital, Covington.
