FOUND-The body of Frank Young, 12, of 102 Main-st, Dayton, Ky., was found Saturday in the Ohio River at Fernbank Dam. The boy, according to his mother, Mrs. Sally Young, drowned June 13 in the Ohio River at the Dayton (Ky.) beach. Mrs. Young identified the body at the undertaking establishment of Vitt & Stermer.
