THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, William Fuller, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mary Elizabeth, Margaret Jane, William Henry, Ellen Belle, Charlotte Maria, Daniel Sphar & Simon Hayes Fuller, infant children of William Fuller and Hannah Sphar, deceased.
NOW, we William Fuller as principal, and Henry Sphar, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William Fuller, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
