George Washington Cutter and Elba "Sammie" Carmack

George Washington Cutter Carmack was born 4 Dec 1844 in Carthage, the son of George Washington Carmack and Mary Dandridge Johnson. He married Elba Samina "Sammie" Newkirk, the daughter of Benjamin Newkirk and Elizabeth Newman in 1870 in Carthage. George died 10 June 1921 in Carthage and was buried in the Mt Gilead Cemetery. Elba "Sammie" died 21 June 1929 in Carthage and was also buried in the Mt Gilead Cemetery.
