KIA-PFC George F Fenker, 20, son of Mrs. and Mrs. George Fenker, was killed in action Dec 23 in the fighting in Belgium, according to word received here. A veteran of action in Holland, Pfc. Fenker entered the service 21 months ago and was sent overseas in April 1944. His father operates Mike's Cafe ad the Sixth avenue address.

Requiem High Mass for Pfc. George F Fenker, 20, of 101 Sixth avenue, Dayton, will be sung at Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue, at 9 am Tuesday. Burial will be in St Stephen Cemetery.

Pvt. Fenker, a member of the 101st Airborne Division, was killed in action Dec 25, 1944, at Bastogne, France. He was a wearer of the Presidential Citation and the Purple Heart. He leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Fenker, Dayton; a brother, Allen Krohmer and a sister, Mrs. Jack Hay. Friends may call at the Vonderhaar and Stetter funeral home, Newport, after 6 pm Monday.
