TOOK OATH
George Morscher, of Melbourne, was in the Campbell County Court
today for the purpose of taking the insolvent debtor's oath. He was adjudged to
pay recently to Josephine Barth the sum of $78 a year for 14 years, in Judge
Hissem's court.
To avoid the judgment Morscher went to jail for 10 days and this morning he filed a schedule showing that he was insolvent, and he was dismissed.
