George A Shaner, 70, will known river man, died yesterday at his
home, 508 East Fourth street of paralysis. He leaves a widow, two daughters, and
one son, Hays Shaner, a well known insurance man of Cincinnati.

FUNERAL
Funeral services over the body of George Shaner, well known resident of Newport, who died in the family residence, 568 East Fourth st. Thursday night, were held this afternoon at 1:30 pm in the residence. The body will be interred in Evergreen Cemetery.
