George Otto Widrig

George Otto Widrig was born 17 March 1886 in Newport, the son of Thomas Fidelis Widrig and Ortilla Adelia Baumann. In 1900 he was clerking as a druggist in Newport. He died 12 March 1924 in Newport and was buried in St Joseph New Cemetery in Cincinnati.

Mrs. Ortilla Widrig, wife of Thomas F, died yesterday at Seton Hospital, Cincinnati. She is survived by 10 children, Mrs. Edward Bradley, Mrs. Otelia Klass Thomas N Widrig, J A Widrig, Mrs. Charles Collins, Mrs. Harry Mason, Mrs. Percy Smith, Mrs. Al Evans, Mrs. Anna Murphy and George O Widrig. She will be buried from the residence of Mrs. Bradley, 710 Dayton st. Newport.

The funeral of Thomas F. Widrig was held Wednesday with mass at St. Stephen Church and burial at St. Stephen Cemetery, Newport.  The pallbearers were the three sons, George O Widrig, J. A. Widrig and Thomas W. Widrig, and three grandsons, Thomas M. Widrig, Stanley R. Collins and W. O. Goadkey
