A C Grigsby, a Midway saloonist, was bound over to the grand jury
yesterday by Judge Hissem to answer to a charge of selling liquor without a
license.
Grigsby claimed his right to operate under the old license of Park Roberts, from whom he purchased the saloon, but the Judge held this to be illegal.
