THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Harriet A Craig, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Harriet A Mayo, a minor.
NOW, we Harriet A Craig as principal, and Henry K Lindsey, her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Harriet A Craig, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.

WHEREAS, E W Hawkins, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Hattie A Mayo, daughter of D D Mayo, deceased, a minor.
NOW, we E W Hawkins as principal, and Lewis Thacker, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said E W Hawkins, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
