FRANCE-A Newport veteran, Harvard E Punch, 638 Park Avenue, will sail for France on the Normandy Friday. As an American Legion member (Robert E Bentley Post-Cincinnati) tourist, Punch is taking advantage of the French offer to entertain all legionnaires for one week. He also will visit England, Germany and Belgium and will return on the Queen Mary Oct 27. He is due in New York Nov 1.
