NEWPORT

Henry Loehr, the Mayor of Claryville, stopped the improvement of Thirteenth street yesterday. Henry got out and sighted along the line of the new combined curb and gutter that is being installed. He at once concluded that it was not in perfect alignment and he let out a "holler."

The result was that City Engineer Morton and Superintendent of Public Works Glazier were called in as a Board of Arbitration.
