BELLEVUE BOYS-Ira Lindsey, 15, and his brother, Leroy Lindsey, 17, were bound over to the Juvenile Court last night by Judge Klein in Bellevue Police Court. Ira Lindsey's testimony was in effect identical with the confession alleged to have been made to Chief of Police Seither regarding burglaries in Bellevue. Leroy Lindsey admitted having been with his brother last Saturday night when the Kroger grocery was robbed. Both youths were held in the sum of $250.

Young Lindsey implicates a California O. boy in the burglaries at Rawlins real estate office, Randolph plumbing shop and Beyland's real estate office. A young man residing in Cincinnati is connected with the burglaries in the three school buildings at Kearn's grocery which was entered on Jan 22.
