THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, James Colvert, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Jerome Wickliffe and Isabella Colvert, minors.
NOW, we James Colvert as principal, and James G Lindsey, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said James Colvert, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.

NOW, we R T Baker as principal, and Samuel Baker, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said R T Baker, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
