THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, G S Skilbeck, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Jacob Souter, a minor.
NOW, we G S Skilbeck as principal, and J M McArthur, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said G S Skilbeck, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
