THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Frank Spilman, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to John Burlin, a minor.
NOW, we Frank Spilman as principal, and James Shaw, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Frank Spilman, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
