SENT HOME-The body of John Christy, 77, who died at Hot Springs, Ark. last Friday was due to arrive in Dayton for burial Monday. Christy's relatives live at Third and Berry streets, Dayton. Undertakers Vonderhaar & Stetter said the body was due to arrive Monday. The Masons of Dayton will have charge of the funeral.
Christy was a veteran of the civil war. He invented a stack for steamboats which, he claimed, would give them more power. His invention has been put to practical use.

WILL-The will of John Christy, late of Dayton, was offered for probate in Campbell County Court Monday. Because it was written in the Greek language, County Judge Caldwell was force to postpone the probation until the will can be translated.

GREEK WILL-The services of an interpreter were necessary in Campbell County Court late Wednesday, when the will of John Christy, written in Greek, was offered for probate. Nicholas Sarros of Cincinnati translated the document. Christy leaves his estate to two nephews, Leonidas and Christopher Christy.
