John Fowler
 

Deed Book D-1, page 108-Recorded 13 Apr 1812

Deed made 29 May between John Fowler of the county of Fayette of the one part and Richard Southgate of the county of Campbell of the other part. John Fowler for 50 cents paid by Richard Southgate sold a certain tract of land lying in Campbell containing 11,950 acres which was patented to the said John Fowler assignee of Alexander Banks, administrator of Jacob Rubsomen, deceased, by patent issued by the state of Kentucky aforesaid and dated 9 Mar 1811 as interferes with the following tracts of land:

Tract containing 1000 acres conveyed to Southgate by Janette Beall, administrator of
William Kennedy: Tract conveyed by George Kelly to Southgate by deed dated 25 Aug 1808: Tract claimed by Robert Brasher and by him sold to Southgate, beginning at Henry Brashers upper corner on Licking containing 50 acres: A tract containing 238 acres on Licking River about 2 miles and a half above the house where Major Leitch used to reside on which is now called the Station Trail.
A tract of land containing 30 acres conveyed by Gloss Thompson and wife to Richard Southgate by deed dated 3 Jan 1803 lying on Main Licking; Two small parcels of land conveyed by Edward Welsh to Richard Southgate by deed dated 17 Sep 1806

A tract containing 300 acres conveyed by Bernard Fowler and Elizabeth his wife to Richard Southgate by deed dated 12 Mar 1799 being the tract now occupied by Michael Pool
