THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Geo W Tarvin, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Jonathan T Marshal, a minor.
NOW, we Geo W Tarvin as principal, and Thomas T Bartlow, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Geo W Tarvin, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
